Duration of the consultation is about one hour sometimes can extend to 1.5 hours. Please carry snacks, child ‘s favourite toy or comfort item and come on time as the next child's appointment gets hindered.

All Children have a limited attention span. We need to maximise this time as much as possible before the long consultation takes its toll. Hence we request that you kindly fill the new patient google form BEFORE the consultation as it reduces the time required and helps us to serve you better. 

Please share old medical records / therapy details if any. If too many reports share the initial and latest ones along side any with significant details.

Consultation involves detail history and observation of the child. Sometimes home videos help in getting more clarity by observing the child in natural setting. Informal developmental assessment will be done to arrive at the diagnosis and plan.

Based on the evaluation, further questionnaires may be given which need to be answered to the best of your knowledge to help us arrive at the diagnosis.

If needed a formal developmental test may be requested by a psychologist, therapy may be suggested (speech, occupational, physiotherapy etc) and cross consults with other sub specialities (eg- paediatric neurologist, child psychiatry etc). Follow up will be suggested based on the condition.

Online consultation also follows the same pattern.
